With the reservation, guest moreover assures that the provided information are exact, that the indicated credit card is in his availability and that it has enough credit to pay his order, and so he assumes every responsability about reservation honesty and feasability.
If there are changes in the supplied information, customer assumes the responsability to inform LastMinuteToItaly in shortest time is possible, to allow a correct updating of the administrative documents.
Reservation is confirmed when customer sends the "confirmation" to LastMinuteToItaly. This confirmation can happen through e-mail, by fax or through the deposit of total amount bank transfer.
If the guest, subsequently, decides to cancel or to modify his reservation, he is obliged to pay administrative expenses which come to £. 50.000 for each variation.

It's possible to underwrite a "coverage against cancellation/modification" that allows to remove charges which can rise by possible reservation modifications or its cancellation.
This coverage is valid before guest arrival in hotel or before the use of services pat at his disposal. Guest will pay any penalty in some cases:
when he doesn't arrive;
if he arrives late;
if he laeves before fixed date;
if he cancels his reservation after the arrival date, even if the coverage against cancellation/modification is underwritten.
If paymentof reservation was already been carried out and the voucher issued and the customer had decided not to underwrite the "coverage against cancellation/modification", apply following debits:

if the communication arrives beyond 30 days before arrival date: £. 50.000;

if the communication arrives between 15 and 30 days before arrival date: 50% of reservation price;

if the communication arrives between 7 and 14 days before arrival date: 75% of reservation price;

if the communication arrives within 7 days before arrival date: 100% of reservation cost.

LastMinuteToItaly thinks priority the respect of privacy of its customers and therefore it has started all procedures for the respect of law 675/96.
In particular: to carry out an order it's necessary to provide some personal information, such as name, e-mail, address, telephone number, etc.
These information are provided with the consent to process the relative datas respecting of Law 675/1996. These information will allow us to process the order, with the possibility to inform guests about the state of their executionand they will be able to be also communicated to anybody is interested to that order (hotels, for example).
